Contract Withdrawal

 

Confidence begins with making choices that feel right. If you've decided your purchase isn't for you, you can use the information below to exercise your 14-day withdrawal right and return your item. 

 

Exceptions from the right of withdrawal:
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, the standard right of withdrawal (return or cancellation) does not apply to the following types of purchases:

  • Perishable Items: Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. supplements, skincare, masks).
  • Hygiene Sensitive Items: As we strive to provide every customer with brand-new products, we accept returns of FOREO and FAQ™ devices only if they remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. All devices are delivered with a protective seal, and once this seal has been broken, the product is no longer eligible for return due to the hygienic nature of products that come into direct contact with skin. This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, untouched device, as we cannot guarantee the condition of products that have been unsealed.
  • Please note – In case the protective seal was removed from the packaging box the product shall not be eligible for return.

 

These exceptions apply strictly to change-of-mind returns. If your device experiences a technical issue, it remains fully protected under our comprehensive FOREO Warranty. Please contact customercare@foreo.com to initiate a warranty claim.
