Hi wannawishyou, we couldn't agree more! Meals you prepare at home really are much healthier than the ones you can get already packaged because they contain less or none artificial ingredients. Overall, processed food contains high levels of sugar, refined carbohydrates and trans fats-which are a major contributor to obesity! Try cooking at home and getting your ingredients from the local farmers market, it really does make a huge difference :)
