Dear Anna,

I am sorry to hear about the issues with your UFO™ 2. I will guide you through the process of placing the claim.

In order to place the claim please follow the below steps:
1. Go to Foreo.com
2. Go to https://www.foreo.com/user/login and log into your FOREO user account.
3. After you log in you will see the ‘Warranty Claim’ tab on the left side of your screen. If you are on your phone click on the arrow next to your name and a drop-down menu will open up. Please click on this ‘Warranty Claim’ button.
4. Scroll down and click on the ‘Make a Claim’ button next to the device you want to claim.
5. Fill in the claim form and click on the ‘Make a claim’ button to submit the claim form.

Once you place the claim, our agents will contact you and help resolve the issue :)
