I was thrilled to complete my FOREO skin care collection with the ufo2. After receiving it, I had issues with connections. This continued even after I charged again Ana again. I contacted FOREO. They replaced my device in a reasonable amount of time and the customer service is amazing. I now have all 4 devices at my disposal and am thrilled to again be able to treat myself to a mask at home. Great customer service. No hassle
