I was pretty excited to receive this in my FFF Box (actually, it was one of the reasons I signed up for the box). I still cannot get it to analyze my face past my forehead, so it's never worked (I have deleted and reinstalled the app more than a few times). And since the last number of comments are talking about the batteries getting wet and/or EXPLODING (to which you asked if she still couldn't turn it on- really?) I guess I'll count my blessings that it hasn't worked.
