I was super excited to receive my fofo from my fab fit fun box, however a couple days after using it for the first time it stopped working. I unscrewed the fofo just to find out the batteries exploded insie of the device! And on top of that when opening the fofo's battery port the bottom part cracked so I could not close the port back up properly, which is dangerous when using batteries of course. I went to see if I could do a warrenty claim, and I guess I can't? I wasn't sure how to go about it. But I'm pretty disappointed to say the least because I really loved this device
