Hi Jen, I would like to inform you that the application is still in the beta mode, therefore, users can still sometimes experiences some bugs and errors, as the application is still being worked on. There are a few updates coming before the official launch. Once the official version of the application arrives, all of the functions should work correctly, without any problems. Therefore, I would like to apologise for this current inconvenience and would ask for a bit more of your patience. The launch is coming very soon, so please stay updated!
